Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Many Christians have the image of themselves as an unworthy person whom God has saved, and sometimes say, “I’m only a sinner saved by grace.

If they are only sinners, they are not saved by grace, and if they are saved by grace, they are no longer sinners.  Saying “I was a sinner, but now I am saved by grace,” tells the truth.

God receives the glory, because the person is no longer a sinner.  Your inner image of hope needs to be changed, to show what the Bible teaches, instead of what you think or feel.

Become fully persuaded that God wants to honor His Word in your life.  Set aside time today to “refuel your spirit” with the promises  in the Bible, which will increase your divine faith, see Romans 10:17.

Meditate on His Word, and expect God to honor His Word.
