Temptations

Temptations will often come to try to get you to turn from a life of holiness. Frequently these are not what people call sins, but are thoughts to get you to follow the ways of the world.  Two of the most common are unforgiveness and a root of bitterness.  People seem to forget Matthew 6:14-15, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
Unforgiven sin in a person’s life, is the same as living in sin, which if not cleansed will keep the person out of Heaven.  God called you to a holy life, which starts with your thoughts. Keep your thoughts from going into wrong areas, by asking the Lord to help you control your thoughts, so that you will always be pleasing to Him.

1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness.

The Greatest of All Gifts Came From Heaven

Thank God the Father for His Gift to the world, Jesus Christ. For God so loved, that He gave His only begotten Son, to die on the cross for the sins of the world, and on that day, the 3rd day, Christ rose from the grave as the resurrected Christ and Savior of the world.

Thank you Jesus.

Words To Ponder That Can Change Your Life

I love the promises found in God's Word. There are many and they are all filled with blessings. Yet many of God's promises come with conditions. In order to claim them victoriously, we must be seeking to walk in love, in truth, in God's Will, His Pans, Purposes and in His Word. Here is a example:

Hbr 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hbr 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Our conversations, our words, the words that we speak, and our attitudes many times has to do with our blessings.

Just something to ponder.
